I always try to bring a particular mindset – the Conceptual Simplicity way. It starts by asking “what’s really the problem here?” and “can we re-express it to make it easier to solve?”. Then we ask “what sources of knowledge and thinking can we apply to solve the problem?”. Finally we decide “how do we frame and communicate the answer in a way that makes it compelling and actionable?”. And then we do it.
